STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made for HELP Mental Health Care services are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all services without exception, including but not limited to:

Individual Therapy

₦15,000 per session

Couples Counseling

₦20,000 per session

Online Consultation

₦12,000 per session

Group Therapy

₦8,000 per person

Why We Have a No Refund Policy

  • Resource Allocation: When you book a session, we reserve therapist time exclusively for you
  • Professional Commitment: Our therapists block their schedules and cannot accept other clients during your reserved time
  • Administrative Costs: Processing bookings, scheduling, and coordination involves significant operational costs
  • Service Preparation: Our therapists prepare specifically for each client session in advance

Specific No Refund Scenarios

No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

  • Client cancels session for any reason
  • Client fails to show up for scheduled session (no-shows)
  • Client arrives late and session time is reduced
  • Client decides they don't want to continue after payment
  • Technical issues on client's end affecting online sessions
  • Client dissatisfaction with service (reviews available instead)
  • Change of mind after booking confirmation
  • Personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Alternatives to Refunds

Rescheduling (Once Only)

You may reschedule your appointment once per booking, subject to therapist availability.

Service Reviews

Share your experience through our review system to help improve our services.

Therapist-Initiated Changes

Exception: If a therapist is unavailable due to emergency or illness, we will offer you the option to reschedule with the same therapist or receive service credit for future use. This is the only scenario where alternative compensation is provided.
